I. On the occasion of the event "Schiller Global Alumni Reunion: The Great Gathering"
(hereinafter the “Event”), which will take place from June 6 to 7, 2025, the undersigned authorizes Schiller International University(hereinafter, SCHILLER) to:
(a) disseminate their identifying and professional data, as well as their image among attendees and potential attendees of the Event; (b) capture images, videos, and audios (hereinafter, the Content) during the Event; and (c) transfer all image rights necessary to publish the Materials for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes by SCHILLER.
II. The Content will be transmitted, edited, and/or published in any medium, format, or platform available to Schiller to which it belongs (hereinafter, the Media), including but not limited to:

Websites (such as http://www.schiller.edu )

SCHILLER 's official pages on social networks (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)

SCHILLER’s official pages on online video and/or videoconference platforms (such as YouTube)

Press releases, promotional announcements, and social media worldwide in any format (television, radio, press, websites, social networks, etc.)
The Content will be shared by SCHILLER with the entities managing the Media. Some of these entities are located in the United States or other countries outside the European Union, whose legislation does not require a level of personal data protection equivalent to that of Europe, which is known and expressly authorized by the undersigned.
III. This transfer of rights is made free of charge, for the entire world, and for an indefinite period. Consequently, the processing of your personal data will also be for an indefinite period, unless you revoke your consent or request the deletion of your data, causing the content to be deleted.
IV. The personal data of the undersigned will be processed by SCHILLER for the purpose of managing this authorization in accordance with what is indicated in this document. The legal basis that legitimizes this processing is your express consent. The undersigned may revoke their consent and exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, portability, or revoke their consent by postal mail to the indicated address, sufficiently accrediting their identity, and identifying themselves as the signatory of this authorization and as a speaker or moderator of the Event. If you consider your data protection rights to have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Officer.
