Schiller International University will be the partner of the San Patricio Foundation's Model European Parliament Program (MEP), and will offer two scholarships to study for one of its Bachelor's degrees.

The MEP is an educational program whose objective is to foster in young people an awareness of European citizenship and the culture of constructive parliamentary debate, where students have the opportunity to research different current European issues, give their opinion, present proposals, and become parliamentarians for a few days, at the national and European level.

This agreement will allow Schiller to bring all its experience and knowledge in International Relations to contribute its global vision to the program, and will offer two MEP - Schiller Scholarships, aimed at all students who have participated in the MEP and who want to give a real and definitive boost to their professional career by pursuing their undergraduate studies at Schiller International University.

The signing of the agreement took place today at the Schiller campus in Madrid, in the presence of Marta Muñiz Ferrer, CEO President of Schiller International University, Isabel Campbell, Director of the Madrid Campus, Carmen Alba, Global Academic Chair, Business & Economics, and Andreea Ghiurcanas, Director of Global Business Development. On behalf of the San Patricio Foundation, Ignacio Castellano Zapatero, President of the Board of Trustees; Sonsoles Castellano Zapatero, Secretary of the Board of Trustees and Director of the Foundation; and Agata Tutzó Rucosa, MEP Program Coordinator, were present.

In the words of Marta Muñiz, "At Schiller International University, we are proud to be part of an initiative like this, so aligned with our educational philosophy of training global professionals and our extensive tradition in the field of International Relations and Diplomacy,".

For his part, Ignacio Castellano Zapatero added, "it is a real honor for FSP to have Schiller International University as a university partner of the MEP, we are convinced that your contribution will contribute to continue training young people with an open and global mindset and will reinforce the values of the program, based on parliamentary debate, teamwork and the importance of the European Union".

The program is open to students in the 1st year of Bachillerato and 1st year of Intermediate Level Training Cycles, aged 16 and 17, from all over Spain. Participants must fill out the Registration Form.
