What is the Diversity 360º Management Model?

The Diversity 360º Management Model is a comprehensive and innovative framework designed to help organizations integrate and manage diversity effectively. This model sets a new global standard by addressing diversity in all its dimensions, including gender, culture, generational diversity, disability, and LGBT+ inclusion. By offering a structured approach to diversity management, this initiative aims to create more inclusive, equitable, and high-performing organizations.
